PACK 140 LEADERSHIP
Pack 140 is one of the best run Cub Scout Packs in the Cradle of Liberty District.

This is due to the Leadership who are dedicated to Scouting and 100% compliant with Training in Leadership, STEM, Youth Protection and more.
TYPES OF CUB SCOUT LEADERS
In Cub Scouting, the person who leads the pack is called a Cubmaster. The Cubmaster is responsible for the monthly Pack Meeting which includes all boys, leaders and parents from all dens. The Pack Committee develops and funds the pack program with the help of the Cubmaster and Den Leaders.
A Cub Scout Den Leader is the adult volunteer who plans and runs Tiger, Wolf or Bear den meetings and activities, with the assistance of one or more Assistant Cub Scout Den Leaders, the Den Chief, and Denner. They coordinate the den's involvement in pack activities, and facilitate and track the den's advancement.
Every pack is under the supervision of a pack committee, which consists of at least three members (chair, secretary, and treasurer). By handling administrative and support tasks, the pack committee allows the Cubmaster, den leaders, and their assistants to focus on working directly with the Cub Scouts.
